We invite everyone to take part in Legal Run 2019 to benefit children with cancer in the care of Gift of Life UK and Podari Zhizn in Russia.

It's the fifth jubilee year of Legal Run, and from 18 May to 8 June official runs will be arranged across 10 Russian cities: Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Kazan, Nizhny Novgorod, Samara, Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg, Tumen, Blagoveschensk and Postov-on-Don. Dozens of cities globally will join the flash mob.

To run your own Legal Run 2019, you need to:

Register, for us to mark you and your city on the map.

Make a donation: any amount is acceptable, but the recommended amount should be not less than GBP 15.

Run! Alone, with your family or colleagues any distance on one of the days between 18 May and 8 June 2019. You can choose any nearby park, embankment or stadium.

You are very welcome to send us photos or videos from the run to info@legal.run and we will upload them to our website. We will place your files in the Media section and your flash mob will remain in the history of the project for a long time. Upload your photos and videos from the run to social media with hashtags #globallegalrun2019, #legalrun or #ilovelegalrun.

Please note that we advise to run in smaller groups or individually. There is a big advantage here though as you don't need to worry about the arrangements, wait or overtake, you can simply enjoy the run in a park after work and do a good deed at the same time. Isn't it great?
