Story

Get Moving in May 2026!

It’s time to get active, have fun, and make every move count this May. However you choose to move, you’ll be helping raise funds for the People We Support.

Everyone can take part.

Whether you walk, run, cycle, swim, or try something new, moving matters. Many of the people we support will also be getting involved through activities like Tai Chi, football, chair yoga and strengthening exercises. It’s all about moving in your own way.

Taking part is easy!

Join in and challenge yourself to Get Moving in May!
