“Get Moving in May” is all about taking on challenge and getting active to support Brainkind. Whether that’s walking, running, cycling, or simply staying active and raising funds, which will make a real difference to the people we support.

Story

This May, my team and I are taking on a challenge: 10,000 steps every single day to raise money for Brainkind 💙

Brainkind is an incredible charity that supports people after a brain injury to rebuild their lives and truly live well again. The stories and outcomes are nothing short of inspiring—people navigating journeys they never expected, and finding strength, progress, and hope along the way.

If you’re able to spare even £1, it would mean so much:

• To keep us motivated and moving every day in May

• To help continue supporting people on their recovery journeys

• To contribute to a cause that’s genuinely changing lives (and yes—I may be a little biased because I work here!)

And if you’re feeling generous… £2 would be amazing or £1 a day for the 31 days would smash it out the park 🙌
