The Great Hospital Hike is not only a fun sponsored walk, its a rewarding way to come together to raise money for our hospitals. Our team can help with ideas and advice, as well as provide materials to help promote your fundraising activities. Every penny you raise will make a world of difference to improving patient care and we will be with you every step of the way!
Last year, our amazing participants told us that the Great Hospital Hike was a day they would never forget. Walking in a sea of yellow t-shirts, united in a common purpose, they raised an incredible £150,000 for our hospitals. Lets go the extra mile and do it all again in 2022!

Join us on a day to remember as we walk the leafy route from Kings College Hospital in Denmark Hill to the Princess Royal University Hospital in Bromley.
Open to all ages, the Great Hospital Hike charts a lush 18-mile course through some of southeast Londons prettiest parks and wildest woods. You could even just join us for the home stretch the fun-filled Little Hospital Hike is only 3 miles long and ideal for children and four-legged friends!
