On Saturday, September 17th 2022, I will be participating in the 18-mile Great Hospital Hike in support of King's College Hospital Charity.

Following anaphylactic shock in June 2017, my daughter Beatrice was referred for 3 years of immunotherapy treatment at King's College Paediatric Allergy Clinic. All members of the team, especially the nurses, were so caring, patient and understanding. They were always thorough with follow ups, routine exams, food testing and even panicked phone calls when mild reactions were triggered during treatment.

Three years later, my daughter is allergy free and the quality of her life much improved. I'm walking in appreciation, respect and gratitude.
