We have a team of runners taking part in the Great South Run. Those running the 10 miles will do so on Sunday 19th October and the children and those taking part in the 5k will run on Saturday 20th October 2024.

Everyone running will be helping to raise much needed money for Sophie's Legacy. The charity, set up in memory of 10 year old Sophie who sadly died of cancer. She wanted change as her lasting legacy, she wanted families in hospital to have a better experience by ensuring parents are fed. We provide items which are essential needs such as food, toiletries, clothes, help with additional costs such as parking etc. We have also been working on making national changes to the other things Sophie wanted such as childhood cancer and play in hospital.
