Since we learned of Teddy's diagnosis we have been supported so much by Sophie's Legacy. From snacks in the parents room, to pizza on a Saturday on the Children's Ward, to booking ferries and even shopping vouchers for our trips to London.

Sophie's Legacy have made the worst times that bit more bearable for us, and I only hope that we can give even just a little bit back to them.

Everyone running the Great South Run will be helping to raise much needed money for Sophie's Legacy. The charity, set up in memory of 10 year old Sophie who sadly died of cancer. She wanted change as her lasting legacy, she wanted families in hospital to have a better experience by ensuring parents are fed. We provide items which are essential needs such as food, toiletries, clothes, help with additional costs such as parking etc. We have also been working on making national changes to the other things Sophie wanted such as childhood cancer and play in hospital.
