This is the 22nd year of the Guinness Fun Triathlon and Our Ladys Hospital Crumlin has been our charity partner since 1997.

What started as a small event, organised by a few dedicated staff members for internal staff, has grown into a larger event, now open to everyone. We still try and keep the Fun element in this Triathlon and encourage everyone to participate, regardless of whether you have done a triathlon before or not. It also raises much needed funds for CMRF, Crumlin. Spaces on this event are limited to 150 so enter early and dont be disappointed.

The event consists of a 750m Swim, 20km Cycle and 5km Run. Swim takes place in St Jamess Gate Health & Leisure Centre swimming pool in St Jamess Gate with the Cycle and Run taking place in the Phoenix Park.

Individuals or teams of 3 compete in the event and all proceeds to go to CMRF, Crumlin.

This event is dedicated to the memory of our colleague John OMahony who was one of the founders of the Guinness Triathlon. Each of our Winners Trophies is named in his honour.
