Right now, our heroes in the NHS are working tirelessly for the lives of others, with a nurse tallying up an average of 20,000 steps a day. They're working harder than ever for us - its time we did some work for them.

Supporting the phenomenal work the NHS do, and will continue to do, Gymshark are donating money to Birmingham Women's and Children's Hospital Charity with the potential of raising up to £175,000!

For every selfie uploaded, Gymshark will donate £5 per person per day to Birmingham Women's and Children's Hospital Charity.
