Masha Allah, Masha Allah....this Ramadan marked 1 year of Haverfordwest Central Mosque having it's own building. Since acquiring the new premises we have enjoyed 2 ramadans and 3 Eids here. We have enjoyed inter-faith community dinners. We have held quran classes and the local children have enjoyed a vibrant youth club.

Everyday the community is growing.

With a growing community comes growing costs. Our energy bill for the month of Ramadan 2023 alone was over £1,000. For a new, donation based mosque this is crippling.

We have explored the option of solar panels so that the mosque can generate it's own green electricity. This can also be a potential income stream and a step toeards out mosque becoming a 'Green' mosque.

We have many plans for the mosque, we would like to be able to introduce more initiatives which not only benefit the Haverfordwest community but also those visiting Pembrokeshire.
