Our aim is to raise £1,000 in our summer campaign, to support us to fund trips, activities, transport, venue hire and purchase equipment to help run our services.

Taking on a challenge is an opportunity to raise money whilst completing a personal challenge that you can be proud of. We are asking you to join our campaign and raise at least £100 by doing something 100 times, on a day of your choice throughout the summer of 2025.

Whether you run 100 laps of your nearest park, swim 100 lengths of your local pool, bake 100 cakes and sell them to your friends, sing 100 songs, dance 100 dances or paint 100 paintings; we want you to get involved!

For your support, we will send you a Headway pin badge for you and your team members, and if you are running or cycling please contact us at fundraising@headwaycardiff.org.uk for a free Headway shirt/vest.
