Join in with Heart n Soul's summer of fundraising! We want to raise £7,000 to support Heart n Soul at Home, our new range of digital programmes adapted for participants to access online.

People with learning disabilities have been among the groups hardest hit by the Covid-19 crisis. The majority of our participants have or live with someone with an underlying health condition, and will need to shield themselves for longer than the general population. This means more time away from friends, family and social activities - more time isolated and alone. That's where Heart n Soul at Home steps in.

Heart n Soul at Home is a vital lifeline to many of our participants - being able to access free creative sessions with an artist at Allsorts Online or spend time with friends at Digital Do Your Own Thing mean they are able to stay connected and creative during these unprecedented times. Help us ensure that we are able to continue working in this innovative way for as long as it's needed by donating or fundraising to help us meet our goal.

What is the Heart n Soul Olympics?

Over the summer, lots of people usually raise money for Heart n Soul through sponsored events like runs and bike rides. Because of Coronavirus, none of these big events can take place anymore - but that doesn't mean you can't create your own sports event in a local park! You can run your own 5K or 10K race on a date of your choice, and encourage your friends and family to donate to you!
