Heart Heroes (HH) are currently supporting 1,032 families across the UK and Wales – affected by a life limiting or life-threatening Heart Condition. We offer specialist activities and events for critically vulnerable children and their families, encouraging peer support and inclusivity so that no family faces their difficult journey alone.
