Heart Heroes (HH) are currently supporting 1,032 families across the UK and Wales affected by a life limiting or life-threatening Heart Condition. We offer specialist activities and events for critically vulnerable children and their families, encouraging peer support and inclusivity so that no family faces their difficult journey alone.

Heart Heros supported our family when our daughter had Heart surgery at 7 months old! Now she is thriving.
