Heart Heroes is a local charity with close links to The Stronghold. They support children with Heart related conditions such as Cardiomyopathy, CHD and those awaiting a heart transplant.

It's our honour to be asked to host a fitness related event for them in the inaugural Heart Heroes Ergathlon on Sunday 23rd February 2025!

The Ergathlon comprises of two event options:

Individual, Middle Distance: 5km Ski Erg, 10km Bike Erg, 5km Row.

or

Pairs, Long Distance: 10km Ski Erg, 20km Bike Erg, 10km Row.

Signing up costs £20 per person with a fundraising of £100 per person/£200 per team. All profits go to Heart Heroes and towards an AED at The Stronghold!
