Heart Heroes is a local charity with close links to The Stronghold. They support children with Heart related conditions such as Cardiomyopathy, CHD and those awaiting a heart transplant.

I will be taking on the Individual, Middle Distance: 5km Ski Erg, 10km Bike Erg, 5km Row.
