Maddie France from Team Blossom went on an Outward Bound Course in the Summer of 1995. She climbed, hiked and camped her way to becoming who she is. Together with a team of women in the Wakefield business community, friends, and allies who want to pass the baton on and empower the next generation, we are taking on the HIGHLANDER Lake District 12-14th June.

HIGHLANDER isn’t a race. It’s an adventure. One that invites you to slow down, connect with nature and discover what you’re capable of. And when you take it on with Team Blossom to support Outward Bound’s ‘Her Adventure Fund’, every step you take helps young women and girls experience their own empowering adventures in the outdoors.

Surprisingly, the average child spends just 4 hours a week outside; this is half the amount time than that of the previous generation. With your help, by supporting The Outward Bound trust, Team Blossom hopes to transform the lives of the next generation of girls by unlocking opportunities for outdoor adventure.
