In 2020 Jake Humphrey and Professor Damian Hughes started the High Performance Podcast, interviewing the planet’s highest performers to turn their lived experiences into life lessons. The podcast quickly became a global success and now has a community of over 3 million regular listeners.

We have launched the High Performance Foundation to give young people, no matter their background, the tools and skills they need to kick start their journey to a future where they can thrive and believe it's within.

The charity’s first programme will use the High Performance podcast content to bring free resources into classrooms nationwide – highlighting the importance of combating failure, developing resilience and understanding the importance of being kind. Simultaneously money raised will support programmes that target vulnerable groups of young people who are not in mainstream education and who need this support more than most.
