Hand on Heart (HoH) is raising funds for its spring homeless campaign where we will be looking to serve 1,500 rough sleepers with essential items to get them through the season.

The essential packs which cost £25 will be distributed across the country in April 2024.

HoH has challenged over 30 individuals to try and fast for at lease one day in the Month of Ramadhan to appreciate and reflect on what we all take for granted on a day to day basis and to seek sponsorship on that basis.
