It's not our project, it's the communities project
Since November 2020, Rumi's Table has been at the heart of the community, serving hot meals, winter clothing, hygiene items, and essential supplies to the homeless, refugees, low-income families, and anyone in need. NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
Every Saturday in Nottingham City Centre, St Peter's Church (outside M&S).
But that’s not all—we’re not confined to Nottingham. Rumi’s Table is an international project, extending our care and compassion beyond borders. We serve communities in:
Madinah
South Africa
Chile
Pakistan
Uganda
Zambia
Malawi
Lesotho
Together, we are working to ensure no one is left behind, no matter where they are.
Our mission is powered by the generosity of people like you, and we urgently need funds to sustain this project.
Donate warm clothing: We’re collecting coats, scarves, hats, and day-to-day clothing. Message us on social media to arrange a drop-off.
Fund essential winter items: Your donations help us buy thermal gloves, socks, and scarves for those enduring harsh conditions.
Every week, we serve approximately 50 people in Nottingham alone—and countless others globally.
Donations can be made as Sadaqa, Zakat, Lillah, or general contributions.
100% donation policy: Every penny goes directly to those in need.
Your support means the world to someone struggling today. Together, we can spread Love, Mercy and Hope across communities near and far.
As Rumi beautifully said:
"Come, come, whoever you are, wanderer, worshiper, lover of leaving, it doesn't matter. Ours is not a caravan of despair. Come, even if you have broken your vow a hundred times. Come, come again, come."
