Physical activity and being outdoors can have a positive impact on our mental wellbeing. This October, we are challenging you to complete a 100km challenge! How you complete the challenge is up to you, you could walk, run, swim or cycle or even get creative with the mode of travel! You choose what to do, at what pace and when and where! You can choose to individually reach 100km or you can come together with friends, family or colleagues to collectively hit the target!
Once you’ve completed your challenge, we’ll send you a virtual medal and certificate to celebrate your achievements.
