Hospice Care Week (8th -14th October) is all about highlighting the amazing work of Hospices all over the UK. As part of the "Heart My Hospice" theme we are inviting you to tell us why you love Hospice of the Valleys by taking a selfie featuring any kind of heart (a symbol, a drawing or even an emoji) write in the caption "I heart Hospice of the Valleys because....", make a small donation to the Hospice and nominate two of your friends to do the same.
