Support victims and survivors of domestic abuse and sexual violence by joining Team IDAS in Total Warrior's Great Northern Mud Run 2024.

Each year, we answer 30,000 calls to our free confidential helpline. We respond to18,000 referrals, support 10,000 people in our local community, and house 250 families who have fled violence in our emergency refuge accommodation.

We need to raise around £100,000 every year to support our mainstream funding. By joining Team IDAS and raising funds for our charity, you will help women, men and children in Yorkshire escape abuse and violence and get the support they need to recover from their experiences.

Total Warrior’s Great Northern Mud Run takes place during the weekend of 22-23 June at Leeds’ Bramham Park.

Established in 2010, the Great Northern Mud Run is the UK’s biggest obstacle course event. Accept the challenge and tackle up to 25 gruelling obstacles including FIRE, ICE and MUD from the choice of 4 distances; 12K, 6K, Ultra and Junior Warrior (3K).
