Our team of skydivers are choosing to fundraise for Isabel Hospice so that we can continue to deliver our vital palliative care services to anyone in eastern Hertfordshire who needs them.

Our palliative care and support services for patients and their families is done through our Hospice at Home Team, In-Patient Unit, Community Team, and our Family and Bereavement support service. You can read about the positive impact our services have on lives here: Patient Stories

To be able to continue to provide our services free of charge to those who need them we need to raise £10 million every year. The NHS fund 30% of this, the rest relies on our community, government grants, and our retail stores. You can read more about how to support us here: Supporting Us
