I am choosing to fundraise for Isabel Hospice so that they can continue to deliver their vital palliative care services to anyone in eastern Hertfordshire who needs them.

Isabel Hospice’s palliative care and support services for patients and their families is done through their Hospice at Home Team, In-Patient Unit, Community Team, and our Family and Bereavement support service.

To be able to continue to provide their services free of charge to those who need them they need to raise £10 million every year. The NHS fund 30% of this, the rest relies on our community, government grants, and our retail stores.
