Cape Town is a vibrant and dynamic city located on the South-Western coast of South Africa and is known for its stunning natural beauty, diverse cutlure and rich history.

Over the course of 6 days, this challenge will involve trekking the 3 peaks of Table Mountain , kayaking at the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront and taking part in an 80km cycle - while raising money for Islamic Relief's Water for Life projects!

Water charity is the most rewarding of all as water is the key to all life. Yet across the globe, a staggering 785 million people are going thirsty each and every day. Water is a vital part of survival for so many who dont have access to this basic human necessity. Without safe and clean water to drink, these people are at risk of dehydration, disease, and at worse: death.

Every day communities across the globe are in need of safe sources of water for drinking, washing, cooking, rearing livestock, and watering crops. Yet for these millions of people, this simple essential is out of reach.
