Our vision is to see a world free from human trafficking. Our aim is to make everyone aware of human trafficking, modern slavery and exploitation through education, training and awareness raising campaigns throughout Northern Ireland.

Story

It is estimated that there are over 55 million people living in slavery across the globe today https://www.unseenuk.org/about-modern-slavery/facts-and-figures/ That's a staggering figure and hard to comprehend. The fight against modern slavery human trafficking is a global one that can seem so overwhelming.

At Invisible Traffick we believe that one of the best ways to help fight against it is through education, training and awareness. Since 2012 we have made it our mission to raise awareness of this crime and to ensure that people know how to identify the signs and indicators of modern slavery human trafficking and what that can look in our every day lives.

Through a small team of dedicated individuals we deliver education programmes to children and young people in schools, youth clubs and community settings. We want to safeguard children and young people whilst helping their support networks to understand how traffickers can exploit people.

Our work takes us into businesses and the corporate world to help employers to protect their staff, supply chains and the communities in which they operate.

Whilst this is a global issue it is also a local issue. Our purpose is to shine a light into the darkness of exploitation, to encourage people to have a conversation around it and to bring it to the forefront of policy makers.

With your support we can continue this vital work throughout Northern Ireland, Ireland and beyond.
