Take on 60 squats every day over the month of January. You can split these up however you like each day. You could do 30 in the morning, 30 in the afternoon or all in one go – and there’s always the option of making your squats harder by adding weights or a resistance band.
Gynaecological cancers affect 60 women every day in the UK. An early diagnosis can save lives. Every pound you raise through the January Squat Challenge could help fund research into better and more effective ways of diagnosing gynaecological cancers.
