On marathon day, our incredible team will take on the world-famous TCS London Marathon, covering 26.2 miles through the heart of the capital. From the excitement of the start line to the final push along The Mall, they’ll face months of training, physical endurance and mental determination to reach the finish line. For many, this will be their first marathon and a challenge that will truly push them to their limits!

They’re taking on this challenge in support of Julia’s House, which provides specialist care for children with life-limiting and complex conditions, and supports their families to make magical moments and lasting memories together.

Our amazing nurses and carers bring clinical expertise, fun, laughter and compassion to the children they care for. And for exhausted parents, we offer a vital lifeline with regular respite breaks and the reassurance that their child is in safe, caring hands.

With just eight per cent of our annual funding coming from the Government, we rely on incredible supporters like our London Marathon runners to make our care possible. Every donation you give will help provide life-changing support for local children and families across Dorset and Wiltshire.
