Fit Feb 2025!!
Back by popular demand for a fith year!
Fit February is great way to kick start the year (after recovering in January) and its an event that everyone can be involved in.
The challenge is to run, walk, cycle, scoot, swim, treadmill you can even ski 50 miles during the month of February. You'll have 29 days to reach your target this year and as February goes on you'll really notice how much longer & lighter the days get - Spring will almost be with us by the end of the month!
You'll have a log sheet to tick off the miles or you can use an app to count the miles - Strava can be linked directly to your Justgiving page!
You will be helping so many wonderful people who are suffering with renal problems whilst getting your fitness and wellbeing ready for Spring.
