With the launch of We’re the Land of Scots, our new Scottish national anthem for children, this feels like the perfect moment to take on the Kiltwalk challenge together, to raise funds for Fischy Music.

In Scotland, almost 1 in 5 children aged 5 - 7 are likely to be experiencing mental health difficulties with this increasing to 1 in 4 children aged 8 - 11.

Research confirms that singing significantly improves children's mental health by boosting self-esteem, reducing anxiety, enhancing emotional regulation, strengthening social connection, and providing a positive outlet for expression.

Just £1.54 a year supports a child’s mental health with Fischy Music songs. Last year we supported over 181,000 children aged 3 - 12 years old.
