On Sunday 13th Sept I will be taking part in the Kiltwalk in Edinburgh to raise money for Fischy Music. (Unfortunately I think my running days are over due to hip problems!).

Fischy Music works with young people helping them access, understand and work through difficult emotions through music.

I have been involved with the charity from its beginning and their music helped my family and has helped me too navigate difficult times.If you don't know their work, look them up!

I would be very grateful if you could support me as I try to support them.
