Heart Space is a charity based in Dundee that provides yoga classes and a space in a beautifully converted church. We provide free classes for pregnancy, post-natal, kids yoga, kids aerial silks, kids aerial yoga, teen yoga, chair yoga, & yoga for limited budgets along with local outreach campaigns.

Story

At Heart Space, we deliver free sessions all around Dundee and Tayside as well as a free programme of classes in our studio in Dundee.

Your support helps us offer free pre and post-natal yoga, kids yoga, family yoga, chair yoga, and a diverse range of outreach sessions that reached over 3500 participants in the community last year, totalling over 15,660 physical activity minutes!
