Heart Space means so much to me, it is both a community space and a mind set. I like to think we are chaning the game for how people think about wellbeing but also how they access it.

We need your help for things like keeping the lights on, water flowing, and heat on so we can continue our amazing work and develop our community outreach programmes.

Your support helps us offer free pre and post-natal yoga, kids yoga, family yoga, chair yoga, and a diverse range of outreach sessions that reached over 3500 participants in the community last year totalling over 15,660 physical activity minutes!
