Story

Kicking off in Stratford, home of the famous Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, we'll spend our first day cycling over 100km through the English suburbs and countryside to Harwich.

An overnight ferry later, our fast-paced adventure will continue in the cyclists haven of the Netherlands. We'll cycle along the North Sea coastline with incredible views across sea. Then, well head inland through traditional Dutch towns and countryside to our amazing finish line in Amsterdam!

Here, we'll toast our achievement for sports tetraplegics and tuck into a very well-deserved Celebration Dinner. Well spend the night in an Amsterdam hotel and have the morning free to explore the historic and cultural landmarks of the city. Then, well head back to Kings Cross in London, ready for our next Dream Challenge!

The funds you raise on this phenomenal challenge will go a very long way to support Regain, the only charity dedicated to improving the lives of people who have become tetraplegic in a sporting accident.

Having lost the use of their limbs, tetraplegics need support and equipment to perform day-to-day tasks and taking part in sport becomes impossible. Their tetraplegia can also have a huge impact on their mental health.

About the charity

Regain is the only charitable organisation dedicated solely to improving the independence of all British men & women who have become tetraplegic as a result of a sporting or leisure accident. A tetraplegic is unable to walk and has limited reach & dexterity because use of the arms is severely impaired.
