As a charity, we support people we refer to as the invisible talent pool a group of talented, accredited and capable people who want to work but find that they cannot do what they used to do before they became ill. Its could happen to any of us at any time; cancer will affect one in two of us and one in three of us will be struck by mental health problems whilst in employment. These are people who crave moments but whose life circumstances have meant the chance to live them has been reduced.

In the run-up to the event, we'll share personal stories of candidates and what they have to deal with. Let's use them as inspiration to train harder and raise more money so that we can help restore those life chances.
