The 2022 Revantage London to Paris Cycle Challenge

This September Revantage UK employees together with colleagues from our Portfolio Companies will be cycling from London to Paris to support three great charities, Habitat for Humanity, Whizz Kids and Astriid.

Our adventure will begin on 15 September in the heart of London. Over two days, we will all travel with an experienced team of guides through beautiful English villages and stunning French countryside before arriving at the Eiffel Tower on 17 September.

We are hugely excited to be taking on this iconic challenge and at the same time making an impact on three great charities, Habitat for Humanity, Astriid & Whizz Kidz.

Habitat for Humanity helps families build and improve places to call home. The Empty Spaces project seeks to convert empty commercial spaces into affordable homes for vulnerable groups facing homelessness and your support will go towards the redevelopment of a vacant unit in the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham and help tackle the undersupply of affordable social housing in London.

Astriid helps individuals with chronic health conditions, physical disabilities, neurodiverse conditions and cancer get back into work. Long-term and chronic illnesses by definition are conditions for which there is no cure and robs someone of their identity, sense of purpose and self-worth.

Whizz Kidz is the UK’s leading charity for young wheelchair users. There are an estimated 75,000 young people in the UK who need a wheelchair to be mobile. For a young person, having the wrong wheelchair can lead to dependence on others, social isolation, poor mental health, pain and injury. Without the ability to be independent young wheelchair users are restricted in their ability to socialise and participate in society.

All the money raised will be banked by Astriid and split evenly between Habitat for Humanity, Astriid & Whizz Kidz.
