Prostate Cancer UK has a simple ambition - to stop men dying from prostate cancer. Through shifting the science over the next 10 years to focus on radical improvements in diagnosis, treatment, prevention, and support, we will stop prostate cancer being a killer.

Story

Prostate Cancer UK’s incredible Le Vélo Classic is rolling out across three iconic UK routes and pedalling the path of the pros in June 2027.

For the first time ever, riders have the chance to cycle a single day or take on consecutive rides – across England, Scotland and Wales – travelling some of the most scenic landscapes the UK has to offer. However far you go, you’ll follow the same roads as the world’s best riders, all while raising money to help save men’s lives.

Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in the UK. 1 in 8 men will get it,– and the risk increases if you’re over 50, Black or if someone in your family has it. Despite this, prostate cancer is the only major cancer without a national screening program. It’s about time that changed.

Together, our Le Vélo Classic peloton is helping create a world where prostate cancer no longer limits men’s lives. The funds and awareness raised will power vital research and support services, helping more men get diagnosed earlier and giving more families extra time together.
