KEEP ACTIVE, STAY CONNECTED AND SUPPORT VULNERABLE PEOPLE
As we all adjust to the current situation, we are injecting some fun and fitness into daily lockdown life, whilst raising funds for much needed support projects!
By teaming up with Myzone, an innovative fitness platform, we aim to unite the community remotely, keeping them active and helping to raise vital funds to support those living with brain tumours in these challenging times
.
Each individual will take on a series of home workouts, runs, cycles, walks- everything counts! These convert into Myzone Effort Points (MEPS) and our collective target is to reach 102,000 over 12 weeks. This is the shocking number of people currently living with a brain tumour diagnosis in the UK today.
Now more than ever our community need frontline support services. In a time when everything is uncertain, the diagnosis of a brain tumour is even more isolating and support is of paramount importance to help guide individuals through this difficult journey. That's why The Lewis Moody Foundation helps support the vital support services provided by The Brain Tumour Charity and why your fundraising or donation is so important.

The Foundation:
-Funds suport to improve lives through a series of Family Days each year, run in partnership with The Brain Tumour Charity;
-Funds pioneering research to change lives, as only through new treatments and options will the dire survival rates for those with a brain tumour change.
-Raises awareness to save lives through the lifesaving and award-winning HeadSmart campaign, to drive down diagnosis times.
