Story
I'm taking on the Lewis Moody Myzone challenge during lockdown to reach a total target of 4,000 myzone effort points. The points are earned with each workout I do as the Myzone belt measures my heartrate. I'm going to be cycling, doing PE with Joe Wicks plus zoom workout and clubbercise sessions. Those who know me know how far outside my comfort zone this is!
I want to help make a difference to others who are even more vulnerable in these uncertain times so I hope I can inspire some of you to make a donation. The money raised goes towards The Lewis Moody Foundation and the projects they fund to support people living with a brain tumour.
The Foundation has had to cancel several challenges due to Covid19 which means that our income has been decimated. I want to help make a difference through the Myzone Fitness Challenge. We need to reach 102,000 Myzone effort points as a team over the coming weeks to represent the approximately 102,000 are living with a brain tumour in the UK. Through this, we hope to raise around £7,500.
More than ever the brain tumour community need frontline support services. In a time when everything is uncertain, the diagnosis of a brain tumour is even more isolating and support is of vital importance. That's why The Lewis Moody Foundation helps support the key support services provided by The Brain Tumour Charity.
Please donate what you can and help me keep my motivation! Thank you xxx
