In our 25th Anniversary year, we're going to have a team of 25 fantastic cyclists cycling from London to Brighton. The funds raised by this team will help Little Hearts Matter continue to be there for families on every step of the half a heart journey.

Little Hearts Matter exists because of the isolation, fear and lack of understanding created when a child is diagnosed as having half a working heart. Little Hearts Matter is a national charity that has been offering support and information to anyone affected by single ventricle heart disease since 1994.
