Make Christmas Brighter for Someone in Need
This Christmas, thousands of people across our communities face a season of hardship instead of joy.
People who’ve felt the bitter cold of the streets and the loneliness of homelessness. Individuals living with long-term mental health challenges, learning disabilities, or complex health needs. Young people stepping out of the care system, and children caught in the uncertainty of temporary housing or fleeing domestic abuse.
For many, the warmth and comfort we associate with Christmas—a hot meal, cosy bedding, a gift under the tree—are heartbreakingly out of reach. In many cases, we are their only source of support.
But together, we can change that.
Last year, your kindness helped us raise over £17,000, enabling over 80 services to host festive meals and celebrations. You helped bring joy to 300 children, many of whom received the only present they’d get all year. You made Christmas happen—for those who needed it most.
This year, we’re asking for your help again.
Every pound you give goes directly to helping children, families, and adults in our services feel seen, supported, and cared for this Christmas:
£15 gives someone a hot Christmas dinner with all the trimmings.
£25 provides a child with a Christmas present—the only one they may receive.
£50 helps supply warm winter clothes and bedding for children in need.
£100 supports a festive celebration for someone who might otherwise spend the day alone.
£250 funds Christmas dinner for 16 young people leaving care, who may have no family to turn to.
This year, why not give a gift that truly matters?
Donate in honour of a loved one, or swap your Secret Santa for a donation that brings real joy. Let the most meaningful gift you give this Christmas be hope, warmth, and connection for someone who needs it.
