The Mace Foundation will be partnering with leading national charity Become as our strategic charity partner for the next five years from January 2025.

Together we will work to help young people with experience of the care system to grow, access opportunities, and unleash their potential in work and society.

Through this partnership, Mace wants to become a cause leader and leading employer for the care-experienced community, a transformational partner for national charity Become, and founding partner of their Propel into Work programme.

As part of our support for Become, we are pleased to have a team of Mace employees who will be taking part in the Jurassic Coast Challenge (10k) on Sunday 18 May 2025 to raise funds to support care experienced young people. All money raised by the team will be matched by the Mace Foundation.
