Maggies is a registered charity that provides free emotional, practical and social support for people with cancer and their family and friends. Maggies relies on voluntary donations from the local community so that our cancer support specialists, Psychologist and other specialist staff can provide this support all year round for free. Our newest centre at University Hospital Southampton was completed at the end of 2020 is already open and serving the communities of the south of England and the Channel Islands.

Our centre is a warm and welcoming place, with professional staff on hand to offer the support people need to find their way through cancer. Our centre is a place to find practical advice about benefits and eating well; a place where qualified experts provide emotional support; a place to meet other people or simply to sit quietly with a cup of tea.
