Maggie’s is a charity that provides free expert care and support in centres across the UK and online. Our cancer support specialists, psychologists and benefits advisors are here for you and everyone you love.

There are 24 centres across the UK, welcoming 100+ visitors into each centre every day. In every centre, you’ll find a bright and welcoming space full of the kind of support that people facing cancer need and deserve.

As the world largest hot desert and spanning across 11 countries, trekking the Sahara desert is a challenging but amazing expedition. The route enables our group to experience the varied desert terrain, accompanied by trusty camels!

Across 7 days, the group will be taking on desert mountains, rolling dunes and stony plateaus, as well as experiencing wild camping under the starry night sky, all while raising funds to help Maggie's continue to be here for people affected by cancer.
