What is Make it Orange?

Choose any orange themed activity, set up your fundraising page and let people know what you are doing and ask them to support you. Need some inspiration? Here are a few ideas to get you started:

* Bake sale (cakes with orange flavour or icing)

* Mocktail party (with special orange mixes/drinks)

* Create StravaArt

* Collections using our orange buckets

* Do your own thing, it's up to you!

When can I Make it Orange?

The main Make it Orange campaign is 1-31 October 2025, but we've also made it available for people to get involved year round. You can even Make it Orange for Sober Spring (20 March -20 June)! However and whenever you want to Make it Orange we've got you covered!

How will Make it Orange make a difference?

Every day in the UK twenty people die because of alcohol. It can affect anyone, from any walk of life but alcohol harm is not inevitable. With your support, change can happen faster.

We want to build a future in which people drink as a conscious choice, not a default; where the issues which lead to alcohol problems like poverty, mental health issues, homelessness are addressed; where those of us who drink too much, and our loved ones, have access to high-quality support whenever we need it, without shame or stigma.

How your fundraising/donations can help:

* A donation of £20 could support around 20 people reduce their drinking through Dry January®.

* £30 could help us develop and deliver more training for front line workers and improve support for dependent drinkers.

* £40 could cover the costs of supporting 16 people for six months to reduce their drinking through our Try Dry® app.
