Land's End to John O'Groats

Story
Four junior doctors (and close friends from Imperial College London) will be cycling from Land's End to John O'Groats to help raise money for Make a Medic.
Make a Medic was founded during our time at Imperial and, with the support of my close friends, it has grown considerably over the last 3 years. We now produce high-quality medical educational resources catering to a global audience and run multiple projects every year that support medical students and their local communities in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs).
There are three motives that underpin the activities of Make a Medic:
1. Improve access to medical education through widening participation initiatives.
2. Support the education of medical students in LMICs by providing educational resources and creating training opportunities.
3. Identify public health issues in LMICs and implement changes that can benefit the local communities with the overall aim of improving health outcomes and alleviating poverty.
The funds raised from this event will go towards supporting these activities and it will help take Make a Medic to the next level!
