As well as covering a marathon distance, we're challenging you to raise at least £50 for Herriot Hospice Homecare, this could be enough to fund a bereavement session for an adult or child, helping them manage their grief and their new sense of self. We're teaming up with our friends at St Michaels Hospice and as a group, we're hoping to raise an incredible £10,000! This is a significant target but with your help we can achieve it and support even more local families.

Keep your friends and family up to date as you tick off those miles and you will hit your sponsorship target in no time! Everyone who completes our Marathon in a Month challenge will receive a certificate and a medal and anyone who smashes their target and raises over £100 will get a bespoke Herriot t-shirt or running vest!

Every year Herriot Hospice Homecare offers care and support to those in Hambleton and Richmondshire, at no cost to them or their families. Herriot Hospice Homecare raises over £1 million to provide our specialist services every year, we only receive a small percentage of funding from the government which means we rely heavily on the communities we serve to help us raise the remainder.
