During the current Covid-19 pandemic patients at St Luke's Hospital, Rathgar who are in isolation cannot be moved from their wards for X-Ray's or Scans - therefore it was decided a much needed PORTABLE X-RAY was required for vulnerable patients.

The cost of this machine is 100,000 euro. The radiographer team can go to the wards and take the necessary digital images without moving patients.

This equipment will have a huge benefit to patient safety in the current crisis
