Our annual Mental Elf 5k Fun Run is back!

On Sunday 1st December a crowd of jolly Elves will once again be lacing up their trainers and taking on our festive fun run to support better mental health and raise vital funds for Conwy Mind!

We know the festive season can be a tough time for many, and demand for our services increases significantly. By supporting Mental Elf you will be making a real difference to your local community.

Every pound raised currently directly supports children and young people in Conwy who need to access our vital services.
